– Since he has always been such an important component in terms of my musical life, I wanted to feature two songs of Ben Wittman’s that I always loved and had the pleasure of singing lead vocals on. Written in the summer of 2002, I love where ‘Home’ lives as a song, I get mesmerized by the ‘circular’ nature of this tune, the wonderfully clunky but somehow grooving bass line. When the swingy drum groove comes in after the first A section, all is right with the world, at least temporarily.
